The Architecture and Organization Foundation is a research- and consulting organization that focusses its activities on IT and Business Architectures. 

The Foundation is a non-profit organization. It's goal is to stimulate both the research and application of architectural solutions in Business and Technology.

It tries to achieve its goals by means of:

• Research and Development
• Transfer of knowledge by means of publishing, teaching and consultancy
